Rainy day here in Southern Cali so I couldn’t run unless I wanted to risk getting blown over by strong gusty winds and soaked to the bone since I don’t have a rain jacket…so….

20 jumping lunges
20 Russian twists
10 jump squats
Repeat circuit 3 times
