Goal Weight Challenge Day 12

Morning Weight: 144.9 (what the….)
Pounds to Goal: 19.9

Rainy day here in Southern Cali so I couldn’t run unless I wanted to risk getting blown over by strong gusty winds and soaked to the bone since I don’t have a rain jacket…so….

Workout to be completed once J gets home to watch the pups so they don’t think I’m trying to play:
10 burpees
20 jumping lunges
10 push-ups
20 Russian twists
10 jump squats

Repeat circuit 3 times

What is your favorite indoor exercise? I’m always looking for new ideas!
